1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the restaurant's services or entering the restaurant, you agree to and abide by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Restaurant’s Services.

2. Booking Policy
2.1 We encourage customers to book in advance, especially for Omakase set menu services, to secure your spot.
2.2 Cancellation of a booking requires at least 24 hours’ notice. The restaurant reserves the right to charge a fee if prior notice is not given.
2.3 Being late for more than 15 minutes may affect your dining arrangements and the restaurant will adjust or cancel your reservation based on the situation at the time.

3. Meal Rules
3.1 This restaurant advocates the use of fresh, immediately cooked grilled dishes. To ensure quality, please follow the instructions of the service staff to enjoy the meal.
3.2 To ensure safety, please do not touch the grilling equipment on the dining table, especially high-temperature utensils.
3.3 If you have any special dietary needs (such as allergies or dietary restrictions), please inform us in advance when making a reservation or arriving at the restaurant.

4. Ingredients and menu
4.1 The menu of the Omakase set menu may be adjusted daily according to the supply of ingredients. Thank you for your understanding.
4.2 The restaurant is committed to providing fresh ingredients. If dishes need to be temporarily replaced due to supply issues, no further notice will be given.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1 All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and may or may not include service charge (as stated in the invoice).
5.2 The Restaurant accepts cash, credit cards and designated electronic payment methods.
5.3 If payment fails for any reason, the Customer must immediately provide an alternative payment method.

6. Photo and video shooting
6.1 To protect the privacy of other customers, please avoid taking photos or videos of others.
6.2 Filming or promotion for commercial purposes is prohibited without the permission of the restaurant.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The restaurant will do its utmost to ensure your dining safety, but the restaurant will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by personal negligence.
7.2 If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by the Restaurant, please contact our management team immediately.

8. Modification of Terms
The Restaurant reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time and the amended terms will be posted on the official website or in-store notice board and will be effective from the date of posting.
