A few years ago, our founder visited the Hakata region in Fukuoka, Japan, where countless izakayas and traditional restaurants were hidden in narrow alleys. Each dish conveyed the chef's respect for the ingredients and dedication to the culture, which deeply moved them.

At that time, they were sitting at the counter of an old sushi bar, savoring an Omakase meal personally prepared by the chef. In that moment, they experienced not only the taste but also the story behind the food—the craftsmanship, the beauty of the changing seasons, and the tacit understanding between the chef and the customers. This unique experience ignited their dream: to bring this inspiration back and share it with more people.
